At Le Foöd, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. However, due to the perishable nature of our goods, the following policies apply:
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@lefoodco.com if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong product.
We’ll work with you to evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on perishable goods. This includes all food and beverage items.
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us. We are here to help address any issues promptly.
Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- If you received the wrong item.
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your request, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@lefoodco.com.
